3. 03Use the remaining passata mixed with seasoning as a tomato topping layer.
4. 04Whisk ricotta with a small amount of milk to loosen it, then spread this mixture on top of the lasagna layers.
5. 05Top with cheese and bake until the cheese is melty and gooey, resembling a bechamel cheese sauce.
