12 шт soft white rolls
80 г American mustard
350 г ham, shaved or thinly sliced
250 г Swiss cheese or other melting cheese slices
100 г unsalted butter, melted
0.25 шт onion, finely chopped
2 ст.л. American mustard
1 ст.л. poppyseeds
1 ст.л. Worcestershire sauce
1 ч.л. garlic powder
0.5 ч.л. cooking salt/kosher salt
0.25 ч.л. black pepper

01Split bread in half (keep in slab), spread base and lid with mustard. Put base in 23 x 33cm / 9 x 13” pan, top with ham then cheese.
02Bake at 180°C / 350°F (160°C fan) for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
03Top with lid, pour over onion poppyseed butter, cover with foil, bake 20 minutes.
04Pierce bread where butter is pooled to encourage bread soakage. Bake 10 minutes uncovered until crusty.
05Cut and serve hot.
